Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you hand us on forms and on the demo line, we use it to do what you asked, and we never sell it.
Who we are
NoHire AI (nohireai.com) builds and operates AI agents for service businesses, including NH-01, our AI receptionist. For anything in this policy, contact us at mmiller@nohireai.com.
What we collect
Form submissions. When you request the Call Math Worksheet on our /book page, we collect your first name, email address, and the UTM parameters of the link you arrived from. We use these to deliver what you asked for and to send a short follow-up sequence related to your request.
Demo line calls. When you call our demo line at (513) 935-6506, the call may be recorded, and transcripts and call logs (caller number, call time, and details you share on the call) are retained. We use these to demonstrate, test, and improve the system. By calling the demo line, you acknowledge this recording.
Callback requests. If you ask for a callback and tick the consent box, we store your name, number, optional email and trade, and our AI assistant calls you at that number from (513) 822-2559 about your request, only between 8 AM and 9 PM Eastern. Those calls may be recorded and are kept like demo-line calls. Tell the assistant to stop, or email mmiller@nohireai.com, and we won’t call again.
Email. Messages you send us are sorted, summarized and given a draft reply with the help of an AI model. A person reads every draft and sends every reply; nothing is sent to you automatically in response.
Bot protection. The callback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a person is submitting it. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and browser details) only for that check.
Nothing else. This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How we use it
We use the information above to deliver the materials you requested, operate the follow-up sequence you opted into, run and stress-test our demo systems, and improve the service. Every follow-up email includes a working opt-out link.
Where it is stored
Form and booking data is processed through n8n Cloud automations and stored in Google Workspace (Sheets and Calendar). Call audio, transcripts and the text of emails you send us are processed by our telephony and AI vendors solely to operate the demo and the service.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data moves only through the service providers listed above, only to operate what you asked for.
Your choices
Opt out of email at any time via the link in any message we send. To request a copy or deletion of your data — including call recordings — email mmiller@nohireai.com and we will confirm completion.
Security
We run on SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure, with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Details live on our Security page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date. Last updated: September 2026.
