Terms of Service

The plain-English version of working with us: scoped builds, cancel-anytime care, and agents that stay inside the bounds you set.

The service

NoHire AI designs, deploys, and supports AI agents for service businesses — including NH-01, our AI receptionist. Engagements are sold as a scoped, one-time build (The Build, quoted on a call, from $1,500) and an optional month-to-month care plan (from $300/mo, cancel anytime).

The demo line

Our demo line at (513) 935-6506 exists so you can evaluate the product. Calls may be recorded and used to demonstrate and improve the system. Please do not share sensitive personal information on the demo line.

Your responsibilities

You provide the business rules, services, pricing, and calendar access your agent is configured with, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Agents act within the bounds and approval gates you configure. You will not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

What agents are (and are not)

AI agents can make mistakes. The system is designed around human-in-the-loop review: actions below configured confidence thresholds escalate to a human, and approval-gated work is not sent to your customers without your approval. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, booking, or performance outcome.

Fees and cancellation

Builds are one-time and scoped in writing before work begins. The care plan is month-to-month and can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

You own your business data and the configurations built from it. NoHire AI retains its platform, agent frameworks, prompts, and know-how.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoHire AI disclaims implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
